The taste-testers
Anzac biscuits are the favourite biscuits of Father James Tierney, author of the Bush Boys books. Whenever we visit Father, we take along a gift of freshly baked Anzac biscuits to give to him. He likes the sultana variation best!

Of course, Father Jim's Bush Boys always take along a good supply of this biscuit when they head out into the bush in search of adventure.

If you'd like to find out more about Anzac biscuits, Father Jim and the Bush Boys please read The Never Ending Tin of Anzac Biscuits

Be sure to bake a batch of these Australian biscuits, Susan and tell me if you like them!
