Today is the first Sunday of Advent. My daughter Sophie is busy unwrapping the Advent wreath and searching for candles.
Gemma-Rose has been busy too. She's been helping me find two winners for my Bush Boys books free give-away. She carefully wrote all the entrants' names on pieces of paper, adding an extra entry for those who kindly shared my post. Then she folded each piece of paper in half, popped them all into a bowl. She gave them a stir before offering them to Imogen and Charlotte. The older girls drew out the following names:
Bernice and Joanne.
Congratulations Bernice and Joanne!
I know Bernice has my email address. Joanne, you'll find it on the 'about' section of my G+ page. If you could both email your mailing addresses to me, I'll post off your books as soon as possible. I hope you enjoy them!
Lots of thank yous... I would like to thank everyone who visited my blog to read about the Bush Boys books. Thank you to those readers who took the time to enter the give-away by writing a comment. I did enjoy reading them and sharing all your camping stories. And thank you to everyone who shared my post with others. I appreciate that very much!
If you would like to buy a copy of any of the Bush Boys books they are available from Cardinal Newman Faith Resources in Australia and Catholic Heritage Curricula in the USA.
And you'll find a free PDF copy of the first book in the series, Bush Boys, on my Bush Boys Online blog. Could that be called a consolation prize? If you enjoy the PDF version you might consider buying a paper copy (which is much better because of all the images and extra information!) or one of the other books in the series.
